Paper Submission
The deadline for submitting papers is January 18, 2026. Papers should use the template, which you may find under this link: https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines.
Maximum length of papers is set to:
-for Full papers: 6,000 words (excluding references list). Each Table or Figure accounts for 250 words.
-for Extended abstracts: 1500 words (excluding references list).
To submit your paper, please follow the instructions:
1. Login (as author)
2. Select your submission number (please do not select New submission)
3. Select“Update Information”from the top-right menu and scroll down on the page to select the Category of your paper and if you wish your paper to be considered for presentation only or for presentation and publication in the CSuM2026 proceedings (by Springer). Also, if you wish to participate in the Young Researcher Awards Competition, check the corresponding You may find the Eligibility criteria and Award procedure here: https://csum.civ.uth.gr/home/young-researcher-awards/).
4. Select “Update file” from the top-right menu and then add your paper file, following the instructions.
Please note, that all presenting authors of accepted papers are expected to register, attend the Conference and present their research. Each paper must have one registration associated.
